Fees & Reimbursement 2025

This practice provides specialized mental health care (gGGZ) within secondary care. We operate in accordance with a quality statute, placing your autonomy and personal direction at the center of care.

No Contracts with Health Insurers

We have deliberately chosen not to enter into contracts with health insurers. This avoids limitations such as restricted session durations, intake limitations, or treatment caps imposed by insurers. Without contracts, care can be fully tailored to your needs without interference from an insurance company.

What does this mean for you?

  • Unrestricted care without insurer-imposed limitations.

  • Reimbursement depends on your insurance policy:

  • Restitution policy: typically reimburses 75–100%

  • In-kind (naturapolis) policy: usually reimburses 60–75%

  • Please contact your health insurer in advance to confirm the exact reimbursement percentage and whether prior authorization is required.

  • You will receive the invoice, pay it directly to the practice, and then submit it to your insurer for reimbursement.

Rates 2025

We apply transparent rates for our care and coaching services.

  • Intake session (consultation) – €471.15
The first consultation includes an in-depth intake where we thoroughly assess your situation. This consultation falls under non-contracted specialist care and may be (partially) reimbursed depending on your insurance policy.

  • Coaching session – €600 (60 minutes)
This session focuses on personal development, achieving concrete goals, and strengthening resilience and self-direction. Coaching is not part of insured care and is not reimbursed by health insurers.

Reimbursement by Health Insurers

Reimbursement for non-contracted care varies depending on the insurer and the type of policy. A restitution policy usually reimburses 75–100%, while an in-kind policy typically covers 60–75%. It is important to contact your insurer beforehand to confirm the exact percentage and check whether authorization is required.

Deductible

The compulsory deductible of the basic insurance also applies to gGGZ. In 2025, the minimum deductible is €385. If you have not used this amount before starting treatment, it will be at your own expense.

Tips

  • Contact your health insurer in advance to avoid unexpected costs.

  • Consider choosing a restitution policy with free provider choice and the lowest possible deductible.

  • Request written confirmation of all agreements made with your insurer.

Referral Letter

A referral letter from your general practitioner is required to receive reimbursement from the basic insurance for gGGZ services. Specialized mental health care is covered by the basic insurance; supplementary insurance does not apply.
